Fitness

Muay Thai and fitness go hand in hand. That’s why we offer daily fitness classes to complement your training.

Fitness classes are led by Jinks, who has a background in Muay Thai and is a qualified person trainer; the perfect mix.

Classes make use of our fitness equipment, such as kettlebells, TRX bands and ropes, as well as bodyweight exercises. It is important to us that classes are varied, challenging and fun. Jinks always plays the best beats during class, so you will want to be there just for the music!

Whether you do Muay Thai for fitness, or you want to improve your strength and conditioning for fighting, these classes will help you to achieve your goals.

Are you really keen on studying strength and conditioning for Muay Thai? We recommend:

Heatrick.com – his site and Instagram are packed full of information.

Muaythaiguy.com – our very own Sean Fagan is always posting great content to help improve your fitness and technique.

Yoga

Why do Muay Thai and yoga?

Because yoga is a stretching system that has been practiced and developed for over 5000 years – it works!

Because if you’re serious about Muay Thai, you need to stretch a lot. It’s easy to skip or put off stretching – having a group to stretch with makes it much easier to keep up your practice.

Because our yoga instructors are both Muay Thai fighters – so you can be sure that Liz and Christina know exactly what stretches you need to soothe and restore your aching muscles and to develop your flexibility.

Because Muay Thai + yoga = faster, higher kicks! Classes are FREE for Train & Stay students and only 200 baht for drop-in students.
