Small in size but a giant presence. His cheerful personality and excellent English make him popular with beginners, while experienced students get tested in his pad sessions. A great trainer to seek out for clinch practice.

If Diamond were a pack of cards, Ip would be the joker. A 100+ fight veteran from across Southern Thailand, his stocky frame makes him a great pad holder and clinch partner for students of all sizes.

Laan joined us as a promising young fighter and soon became an indispensable part of the team. In the ring he moves like a leopard: quick, agile and ferocious, with lightning-fast kicks and superb sweeps.

One of our youngest trainers, Tuk is a quiet, patient presence with a graceful, deceptively fast style. He spars gently and focuses on technique and timing, which makes him an excellent sparring partner.

Ex-army, Rit brings that discipline and drive to our Muay Thai for Fitness sessions for Train & Stay students. Expect hard work, good energy and a proper sweat, with plenty of encouragement along the way.

Arm brings steady energy to every pad round. He keeps a close eye on your technique and is happy to slow things down until you get it right. He's a special talent in the ring too, so you're learning from someone who still puts it all into practice.

Armin is a calm, friendly presence on the pads, equally at home helping a first-timer find their stance or pushing an experienced student to the end of a round.

Dis is quick, keen and always ready for another round. A fun, lively trainer who keeps your pad work sharp from start to finish. He's also a natural talent in the ring and one of our most exciting up-and-coming fighters.

Rodders is a big-hearted, cheerful trainer who makes hard sessions fun. He holds pads with care and helps you build good habits from day one.
