Once a Muay Thai ‘train and stay’ package has been reserved or Muay Thai training at the camp has been paid, an agreement has been made with Diamond Muay Thai. The following terms and conditions apply:
• A non-refundable deposit is required for all ‘train and stay’ bookings. This is paid through Paypal before a confirmation email is sent.
• For all ‘train and stay’ packages and group training, cash (or Paypal deposit) is paid on arrival to the gym. Failure to pay may result in the forfeiture of your stay.
• All monies paid for training and ‘train and stay packages’ are non-refundable. It is up to the discretion of Diamond Muay Thai whether training and training package dates can be changed, amended or transferred.
• Diamond Muay Thai is not responsible for loss of training time or the failure to participate in the ‘train and stay’ package booked due to injury, illness or unforeseen situations. The gym’s insurance does not cover students and therefore students must arrange suitable insurance themselves.
• There are to be no outside visitors to the camp accommodation unless they have been cleared by the management of Diamond Muay Thai.
• Excessive alcohol consumption leading to abusive behavior is not accepted in or around the camp. Failure to comply means possible expulsion from Diamond Muay Thai.
• If it comes to the attention of Diamond Muay Thai that students are engaging in illegal activity outside of the camp then they may be expelled from Diamond Muay Thai.
• Diamond Muay Thai has CCTV in operation and accommodation is secured with padlocks. Diamond Muay Thai is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the camp.
