Since Diamond Muay Thai opened in 2011 on Koh Phangan Island, we have established ourselves as one of the best Muay Thai camps in South Thailand.
Whether you are a beginner or a pro, our team of trainers will give you close attention and endless encouragement.

High Season Drop-In Students
During high season ( December-March) we limit drop-in students to maintain a good student to trainer ratio during sessions. If you are a drop-in and not part of our 'Train and Stay' program, please check at our front office before jumping into class.
Training Packages
We offer two different training packages:
Train & Stay: Immerse yourself in Muay Thai gym culture by staying with us at the camp. This package includes:
- all Muay Thai, yoga and fitness classes
- delicious, nutritious and sociable meals at Mamma’s, our onsite restaurant
- a choice of accommodation to suit all budgets
Train-Only: Pay per day, per week or per month.

We have an exceptional team of trainers, chosen for both their Muay Thai skills and their teaching ability - we firmly believe that teaching is an art in itself.
The majority of our trainers have fought in the big stadiums of Bangkok. Most are former champions and title-holders, while a few are young, up-and-coming fighters.
Our Schedule

Muay Thai Class: 8AM - 10AM & 4PM - 6PM
Strength & Conditionning Class: 11AM - 12PM
Yoga Class: 2PM - 3PM
Train & Stay Meals: 10AM & 6PM

After flying to Bangkok, you have several options of how to get to our camp. We know that there is a lot of confusing information available online, so we have created a simple guide.
Muay Thai Group Classes
We train every day except Sundays. Classes take place between 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm (Click here to read about our class pricing)
2 Hour Class Breakdown:
- warm-up: skipping/jump-rope, running, exercise bike - it’s up to you.
- hand-wrapping: our trainers will wrap your hands until you figure it out!
- stretching: a thorough sequence of dynamic stretches to get you ready for action.

First-Time Discount
Tempted to try out Muay Thai?
For your first class we offer a 25% discount on any Muay Thai training session. Your first class is 300 baht - after that the price is 400 baht.
How do I get the discount? Come to the front office when you arrive and let staff know it's your first time! Try it - we think you’ll love it!
1-on-1 Muay Thai Training
Do you want to get better fast? Take a group session.
Do you want to get better really, really fast? Take a private session with one of our champion trainers. Click here to read more about our trainers!
Private sessions are arranged directly between you and a trainer. Take a group class to see who looks like a good match for you, then go and talk to them. If you approach them in the morning, you can usually arrange a session for that day.
The price is 600 baht for an hour with a Bangkok champion, or less if you buy a block of classes (read more about pricing here). Trust us, it’s a steal!
Fitness & Yoga
Fitness
Fitness classes take place at 11am every day. Our instructor is a long-time fitness and Muay Thai enthusiast and knows exactly what exercises will support you in developing your skills. He’s also widely considered the best DJ at the gym - its worth turning up just for the beats.
Yoga
Diamond students quickly discover that yoga is the perfect complement to Muay Thai. Our head instructor is a Muay Thai fighter as well as a yogi. Her classes will soothe and restore your tired muscles, relax you and increase your flexibility - so that come your next training session, you are ready to kick higher and faster!
Muay Thai for Weight Loss - New Package!
We love supporting students who come to Diamond to lose weight.
To make the process easier and more efficient, we’ve introduced our new Muay Thai for Weight Loss package. The focus here is on personal attention - figuring out together what will work best for you.
You will get:
- a 2 or 4-week fitness camp tailored to your needs
- a fitness, weight & nutrition review on arrival
- a qualified fitness instructor to mentor you throughout your stay
- an introduction to where to shop, eat etc, saving you time so you can focus on your camp
- an individual, adaptable schedule that can include Muay Thai, fitness, yoga, hiking, swimming, cycling and more
- a paradise island in which to do it all!
