The Diamond Training Environment
Our newly expanded gym floor gives students of all levels plenty of room to move, shadowbox and sharpen their technique. To beat the tropical Koh Phangan heat, we've installed brand-new, high-powered fans throughout the training area. Together with our high vaulted roof and the natural island breeze, they keep the air moving and keep you focused through the toughest rounds.
Bag Line and Rings
The heart of our gym is the bag line, and we rotate it regularly so your conditioning never plateaus. You'll find a mix of brand-new premium bags for speed and precision, plus harder "old school" bags kept for heavy power hitting and shin conditioning. That variety lets you match your training to your goals, from sharp technical combinations to full-power heavy bag work.
Our two full-sized 6m × 6m professional rings are the perfect place for technical sparring and one-to-one pad work with our experienced trainers.
A Training Sanctuary in the Jungle
Beyond the mats, Diamond is a sanctuary for dedicated athletes. The training area is surrounded by lush, well-kept tropical gardens, giving every session a peaceful jungle backdrop that feels like a true escape. The greenery also makes a calm backdrop for the yoga and stretching classes we hold in the gym, helping you recover and reset after a hard day's training.

Strength and Conditioning, Gear Shop and Carrot's Bar
Our strength and conditioning area is fully stocked with kettlebells, bars and functional equipment to build a fighter's physique. Our on-site gear shop and Carrot's Bar mean you're always fuelled and equipped for the next round. Whether you're staying in our quiet on-site bungalows or just dropping in for a session, you're training in a facility built by fighters, for fighters.

Right beside the gym mats, Carrot's Bar is the perfect place to recover and hang out after you've finished smashing the pads. This relaxed little spot is known for serving what many locals and travellers call the best coffee on Koh Phangan, so it's ideal for kick-starting your morning or grabbing a caffeine boost between sessions. Refuel with one of our legendary protein shakes, or keep it light with a fresh fruit shake packed with island flavours. Our menu is made to support your training and your taste buds.
The Social Heart of the Camp
The vibe here is always great. It's where the Diamond family gets together to swap fight stories, laugh through the post-workout aches and soak up the tropical atmosphere. As well as shakes and coffee, we keep the fridge stocked with ice-cold drinks and electrolytes to help you rehydrate and bounce back from the island heat. It's more than a juice bar: it's where the community comes together to chill out and recharge in paradise.
