Carrots Coffee: Our Café at Diamond Muay Thai
Carrots is the friendly café and bar right next to the ring. It’s where students grab a coffee before morning training, a protein shake after the last round, and a chat with friends in between.
From a family farm in Pha Hi
Hand-sourced in the mountain village of Pha Hi, Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand. After meeting a local family who grow & produce their own Arabica coffee, we decided to bring their beans to Koh Phangan! Carrots Coffee is proud to support the family and also to share their amazing coffee with our customers. We offer two varieties: Dark Roast & Medium Roast.
Fuel for training, made on site
Hard training needs good fuel. At Carrots you’ll find fresh coffee, protein shakes and cold drinks, ready when you step out of the ring. It’s also where we serve the camp meals, so it quickly becomes the heart of the gym, a place to cool down, swap stories and meet people from all over the world.
Buy local, support small business
Carrots is a small, locally owned Thai business. Every coffee or shake you buy here helps a local team and the family farm that grows our beans, rather than a big chain. Any profits from Carrots go straight back into the camp, making the chill-out area and gardens around the coffee shop even nicer for our students.
We know the 7-Eleven down the road is handy, and that’s fine. But next time you fancy a drink or a snack, we’d love it if you gave Carrots a try first. It makes a real difference to us.
A small favour
To keep the camp tidy and help support our café, we kindly ask that you don’t bring outside food and drinks into the gym area. We also sell bottled water at Carrots. Thank you for understanding, it means a lot to our small team.
